Take a moment to get to know your Hypercore team, a dynamic group that works together for you. This team, along with those behind the scenes, work day in and day out to set Hypercore apart. Reach out to us to learn more about how we can work for you.

Please say hello to Chase Carlton. Chase is a Channel Manager for Hypercore and his role is to assist with upholding our channel relationships and keep a constant flow of communication with our agents. Chase works closely with the Sales Directors, assisting with quotes and making sure that everyone gets questions answered in a timely manner.
Chase and his fiance live in Austin with their “dog child”. You can find him practicing his game of pool or hiking with his dog in his spare tme.

Gabriela Santiago has lead our pricing department since 2015. All quotes go through her department, where they are received and processed in a timely manner. Gaby also works closely with all of our carriers that are in our pricing tools to keep everything current and ensure that we have the best relationships possible with our amazing partners! Gaby recognizes something that she feels like a lot of people overlook….”work to live, don’t live to work.”

Patrick Davis is our VP of Sales for our West Region. He manages the relationships and sales activities of our channel partners for a lot of the Western US. He supports Master Agents and their sub-agent partners by managing his sales and pricing team to ensure that each customer receives the strongest solution available in the vast Hypercore Networks Portfolio. Patrick cooked professionally in upscale restaurants in NY and Philadelphia, but now devotes himself to telecom and lives in Austin with his wife and their two boys.

Today we meet Kurt Kopack, the VP of Sales for the Central region. Kurt’s primary responsibility is the management and growth of the Master Agents that his region supports. By his own words, his 20+ years in telecom can be attributed to a “lack of intelligence/general skills” that lead him into sales! Anyone who knows Kurt, knows that isn’t the case, but he has proven to be very good at what he does. While Kurt enjoys his role at Hypercore and working with clients in design and implementation of their IT environments, his dream job would either be a Taste Tester for Dunkin Donuts or pursuing his hobby full time in building custom homes and furniture.

Jan Russell is responsible for Hypercore’s relationship with master agents, Sandler and CTG3. She focuses her efforts on supporting her partners and helping them drive more business with less time and effort on their part. After being introduced to telecom by a friend, Jan has found that she can’t imagine anything that could be more fulfilling.

Meet Eve Hoffman, Director of Sales for Hypercore. Eve’s role is to build relationships with her Masters/Partners and educate them on Hypercore and what sets us apart. Building those relationships and making recommendations (especially for a situation that is outside of the norm) is her specialty. Eve has been in telecom since she was recruited by a headhunter over 20 years ago. If she weren’t in telecom, her dream job would be to own a doggy daycare.

Ken Lautzenheiser is Director of Sales, responsible for the Hypercore relationship with Intelisys and their parters. He works with their teams to provide them with the best solutions to meet and exceed their needs. Ken started in telecom with GTE after receiving his MBA, nearly 26 years ago. With that much experience, you can be confident that Ken knows the in’s and out’s of the business and can definitely think outside the box for solutions.

Michael Gibson joined Hypercore’s Wholesale Department. His responsibilities include recruiting, training and mentoring new partners. This role brings Michael’s telecom career full circle with some of the team he worked with when he started in telecom with Reallinx over 10 years ago. Michael is quick witted and kind, with a passion for people and a clear vision for doing what’s best for the client.

Say hello to Milo Greye. His role as an Account Director is to guide and advise the customer on anything and everything Hypercore. His goal is to work along with his agents to build strong customer relationships and become an extension of their business. Milo has found some solid advice during his time with Hypercore: “don’t forget about the end user.” If Milo hadn’t ended up in telecom, his dream job would be a composer for movies. He feels that music is important to emphasize the emotion in a scene.

Mason Gann is a Channel and Sales Support Manager. Mason comes to Hypercore from restaurant management and sales and his primary role within Hypercore is to provide support to the agents that we work with on a daily basis. He assists with quotes and helps provide clarity on products and specific situations. Mason’s end goal is a happy agent and a happy sales environment.

Alan Nabors is a Sales Director for Hypercore and is responsible for the Hypercore relationship with our Master Agent, TBI. He works closely with the team at TBI to introduce Hypercore’s unique areas of strength and differences to their agents. Alan joined Reallinx a year before it was sold and joined Hypercore on day 1. If he had a dream job outside of telecom, it would be as a Social Media Influencer, getting paid to hunt and document trips all around the world!

Cesar Hidalgo is an Inside Channel Manager and is the initial point fo contact for a partner or Master with questions or concerns. He manages follow-up, works on upgrades and assists on pricing requests to provide the best possible pricing in the most effective way. Cesar began in telecom as an Account Manager over 5 years ago. Cesar is an avid biker and also has a degree from Le Cordon Bleu as a Chef.

Rocky Pourghroaishi is the VP of Carrier and Client Relations for Hypercore Networks. Rocky is in charge of the acquisition and management of new vendors and also leads our Account Management team and Sales Engineering for our partners. His telecom journey began over 10 years ago with MCI, then was continued with Reallinx prior to Hypercore. Rocky wants agents to know not to be afraid of offering a solution that differs from what the customer might be asking for. Remember that you are the expert and don’t be afraid to suggest a solution that you think will be a better fit for them. This can be done through discovery, digging in and finding the motivation behind what they are asking for. It will set you apart and position you as the expert.

Now we get to know Terry Patrick, VP of Sales for our East Region. Terry’s primary role within Hypercore Networks is to continue to build our market through strategic relationships with our agents and master agents across the US. Terry has been in the technology sales industry for about 15 years, but only in telecom for about 4 years. He became involved in this industry after meeting Josh Dickinson several years ago and has bee part of telecom ever since. Terry and his wife of 15 years stay busy with 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat!

Scott Stevens is a Director of Sales for Hypercore Networks. He is responsible for developing relationships and vetting solutions to make sure that all parties have the best possible experience. Scott started in telecom several years ago, after being introduced to Hypercore’s VP of Sales, Patrick Davis, by a mutual friend. Scott currently spends much of his free time planning his upcoming wedding! He also loves golf, basketball and home improvement projects. He and his fiance live in Austin with their Great Dane named Bosco and their cat named Drogo!

As the CRO for Hypercore, Josh Dickinson drives revenue, growth and big picture company focus. He is also a contact point between customer/agent/ carrier for escalations, commissions, etc. His hand is in just about everything Hypercore! It all started back in March of 1998 at MCI. Josh has been able to turn that experience into some helpful advice for agents. When asked if he sees something that is often overlooked, he said “I don’t think agents take advantage of the 100% pass-through. If you know your end user well enough, you can save them money, make extra money and provide a telecom solution…win, win, win!”

It should not be a surprise that Josh can juggle. After all, he has a wife, three kids, runs a business and lives on a farm!

Stacie Norris is Hypercore Networks’ Director of Marketing. Her primary role is to work withour sales team on information slicks, social media awareness and events. She accidentally landed in telecom nearly 8 years ago as the Office Manager for a Master Agent. After transferring to the Supplier Management department, she never looked back. Stacie used to volunteer at a farm animal sanctuary and spent several years fostering for Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Her love of animals has her wanting to start a rescue or sanctuary of her own one day.
